We’re looking for a driven and analytical Junior User Acquisition Specialist to join our team and help us expand our player base.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of user acquisition campaigns across various channels (e.g., Facebook, Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, etc.).
  • Manage campaign budgets and bids to maximize ROI and achieve performance targets.
  • Analyze campaign data and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies.
  • Research and evaluate new user acquisition channels and partners.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align user acquisition efforts with overall marketing strategy.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CPI, CTR, conversion rates, and LTV.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest user acquisition trends and best practices.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on campaign performance and recommendations.
Qualifications:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel or other spreadsheet software.
  • Experience with digital advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Firebase….) is a plus.
  • Passion for mobile games and a strong understanding of player behavior.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Bonus Points:
  • Experience with mobile attribution and analytics platforms (e.g., AppsFlyer, Adjust, Firebase….).
  • Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies.
  • Previous experience in the gaming industry.
