We’re searching for a Junior Monetization Executive to join our team and help maximize the revenue potential of our current and future titles.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist in developing and implementing monetization strategies for our portfolio of games.
  • Analyze player behavior and in-game economy data to identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Design and execute A/B tests to refine pricing, offers, and promotional campaigns.
  • Collaborate with game designers, product managers, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive monetization strategies.
  • Research industry trends and best practices in mobile game monetization.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ARPU, LTV, conversion rates, and retention.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on monetization performance and recommendations.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest monetization techniques and technologies.
Qualifications:
  • A strong understanding of free-to-play game mechanics and monetization models.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel or other spreadsheet software.
  • Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau) is a plus.
  • Passion for mobile games and a strong understanding of player psychology.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Bonus Points:
  • Experience with A/B testing methodologies.
  • Familiarity with mobile attribution and analytics platforms (e.g., AppsFlyer, Adjust, Firebase…).
  • Previous experience in the gaming industry.
